Our Total Cost of Employment approach to remuneration gives you the flexibility to structure your package for your own needs:

• Salary continuance (income protection). By electing the CSC/Paxus Superannuation Fund, you have access to income protection insurance to provide financial support during any prolonged absence from work as a result of illness or injury.
• Additional contribution to superannuation. You can increase your retirement savings with salary sacrificing contributions to the CSC/Paxus Super Plan.
• Novated car leases. You can enter into a novated car lease arrangement with our approved suppliers on a salary sacrifice basis.
