We recognise employees who have reached a service milestone with a certificate of service and a gift.

Staff Referral Scheme — Finder’s Fee

We offer a financial incentive to employees who refer external candidates that are hired for specific vacancies at Paxus.  Payment is made after a referred individual has been employed for 3 months and is subject to various conditions.

Individual Nominations

We also have a system that allows any Manager to nominate you for your hard work and outstanding contribution – commonly referred to as our “R&R Program”.  You will receive formal recognition for your contribution and any value of gift card starting from $70 dependant on the level of contribution.
