Australian Network on Disability

Paxus has been a member of the Australian Network on Disability ('AND') since 2002, and now holds Gold Member status, which is the highest membership level available. Paxus' NSW General Manager, Richard Barnett, has also been a board member of AND since 2008.

AND (www.and.org.au) is a not-for-profit organisation resourced by its members to advance the inclusion of people with disability in all aspects of Australian business, as employees, customers and suppliers.

As a Gold Member of AND, Paxus utilises a wide range of AND's services, including the development of a disability action plan, an accessibility audit, training in disability confidence, and a disability recruitment process review.
