In the event of a work-related injury or illness, Paxus is committed to supporting our contractors desire to return to the workplace and will negotiate possibilities with the end client on behalf of the contractor to everyone's mutual benefit. However, as you are self-employed, you need to manage your own return to work. If you are not fit to work at the client site then there is no obligation on our part, or our client's part, to accommodate you.
