Helpdesk Support Analyst - Identity & Access Management

 

  • Leading financial services organisation
  • Initial 3 month contract with view to extend
  • Based in Sydney CBD

Sydney

This well-known Financial Services organisation is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Support Analyst to provide application and business support as follows:

 

  • Managing the System Access Support mailbox and responding to customer queries and issues
  • Providing support for quarterly attestation and reconciliation processes
  • Work with the Gateway Systems team to raise and follow-up on production incidents
  • Participate in monthly governance and quarterly user forums
  • Analyse/provide data for management reporting
  • Work with various resolver groups to facilitate or resolve end-to-end user access administration requests
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements relating to access administration

Experience

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in user access administration using either Sun Identity Manager or Tivoli would be highly regarded

Qualifications

  • Financial Services background (desirable)
