This a top-tier QLD Government department invites a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join a groundbreaking transformative project. In this role, you'll be instrumental in harnessing the power of the Microsoft stack, including Dynamics 365, to completely transform critical systems.

- Mastermind of Microsoft Technologies: Leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft solutions to design and implement innovative technical solutions that propel the project forward.
- The Art of Communication: You'll bridge the communication gap between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Building a Sustainable Future: Contribute to the development of a foundational enterprise ecosystem that empowers continuous adaptation and growth for the department.
- Championing Knowledge Sharing: Empower your colleagues by demystifying complex technical information and providing ongoing support for new tools and processes.
We're looking for someone who:
- Must be based in Brisbane at the time of application
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Possesses at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, leveraging the Microsoft stack (especially Dynamics 365) in large ICT projects.
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in crafting clear, concise documentation.
- Adapts seamlessly to Agile methodologies.
Bonus Points for:
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions.
- A natural leader with strong communication skills who can inspire and guide stakeholders through transformative changes.
