Many of our clients now have online timesheet systems - please refer to your induction email for specific details on how to submit your weekly time sheet. If you are unsure, please contact your Contractor Care Consultant.
Your timesheet must be completed and signed by you, authorised by your manager, and submitted to Paxus no later than 5.00pm Monday following the week in which the work was completed. Any timesheet received after the deadline will not be processed until the following week.
Timesheets must indicate:
Contractor number – shown on your contract
Contract/job number – shown on your contract
Week ending date
Hours/minutes worked (in decimal)
If you are required to complete a manual timesheet, please scan your completed copy to the appropriate inbox. If you are unsure of the inbox - please contact your Contractor Care Consultant.
Any time sheet received after the deadline will not be processed until the following week.
Your pay schedule is included in your on-boarding starter kit (issued at the time of your induction), and pay schedules for each new financial year will be emailed to you each year in June.
