We’re on the hunt for a curious and ambitious Digital Executive / Senior Digital Executive to join our Melbourne team. If you’re passionate about digital and hungry to grow, this role will give you exposure to every corner of the media mix — from Programmatic and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) through to Google, direct buys, and sponsorships.
You won’t just be ticking boxes. You’ll be hands-on with campaign planning, buying, and optimisation while also shaping client strategies and building strong media partnerships. It’s a genuine step up a chance to grow your skills while gaining direct client and media owner exposure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning, buying, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Negotiating and managing media bookings to deliver the best outcomes.
- Producing reports and post-campaign analysis that clients can act on.
- Building collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and media partners.
- Supporting and mentoring Coordinators as they develop their skills.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong grasp of the Australian media landscape.
- Comfort with media maths, reporting tools, and ad-serving platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative, detail-focused approach.
- Real enthusiasm for digital media, data, and innovation.
