Role Outline

One of Australia's largest, and most beloved, Telecommunications companies is looking to add a Digital Business Analyst to their team. This is part of a high profile digital transformation programme focusing on Customer Experience and eCommerce.

In this role you will be come on board as a Business Analyst with a passion for customer experience within digital platforms. Partnering with UX / Visual Designers, Solution Architects, Developers and Testers you will work on various new projects and integrated systems.

Skills and experience required:

  • 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Digital Platforms and eCommerce project experience
  • Experienced in Agile, BPMN and traditional BA methodologies
  • Technical and Digital background
  • Understanding of data and data analytics

You will be comfortable working on a range of projects including web, applications, API, integrations and data analytics projects. To be successful in this role you will have a blend of both technical and digital projects.

On offer to the successful applicant is a contract of 12 months initially and a daily rate of up to $850 per day.
