About the role and organisation:
One of the Big 4 banks. Currently WFH and the possibility to work from Sydney or Melbourne CBD offices post lockdown.
This is an initial 10-month contract with possibility of extension.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work on an on-going separation / large transformation project
- Use business process modeling while also documenting, reviewing, analysing and enhancing business requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools
- Helo lead a team and run regular team huddles to help manage high workloads and capacity
- Identify and define business needs to enable a solution to be developed
- Communicate requirements to stakeholders, manage conflicts and issue
- Oversee project deliverables including quality control/sign off
To be considered you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working as a Senior BA within projects such as: separation, divestments, acquisition, greenfield builds
- Demonstrate experience with governance activities
- Previous experience working within the financial industry is required, insurance background desired but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to analyse systems, provesses, assist with discovery activities, relationship building and running forums
