Job description

As an end-to-end role, this role is accountable to the General Manager, Client Services for developing leads and accounts, engaging customers, eliciting, and understanding their needs, and managing sales proposals, bids, quotes, and orders.


Core responsibilities include:


  • Promote the organisation's offerings and value propositions
  • Drive new business development opportunities for the attainment of revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Manage customer accounts from strategy and planning through execution.
  • Lead the development of tenders/proposals, bids, and quotes end-to-end through qualification, governance, client engagement and contracting in line with policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients
  • Participate in the development of thought leadership and other market-facing collateral.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue and gross profit targets.
