Job description

About the Role:

Our business operations manager will support and enable the sales and recruitment functions of the business. You will have the opportunity to improve, build, and innovate with initiatives throughout the sales and recruitment lifecycle to maintain and enhance the organizational processes that ensure the success of Labour Solutions Australia.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building an operational excellence roadmap for sales and recruitment, from process building and re-engineering to surveying key customers to building reward structures that motivate and increase consultant performance.
  •  Building and managing the data integrity strategy of the database ensuring the business can access search and match talent to jobs received by the client.
  • Supporting the candidate ownership strategy to ensure a constant supply of well-defined talent.
  • Having ownership of the front end CRM/Sourcing technology (Fasttrack) encompassing application administration, support, reporting, and training.
  •  Solving productivity issues with 3rd party vendor technology by assessing their viability against a set of user requirements, managing the vendor, implementation and training to ensure all staff capitalise on efficiencies across all three operating functions; sales, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Designing, implementing, and managing a suite of operational reports that support the sales and recruitment business activities, particularly regular reporting to large customers.
  • Implementing an NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology to measure, reward and increase Client Satisfaction.
  • Enabling staff with efficient processes, clever tech and training to ensure they can be the best they can be.

About You:

  • Ideally a background in recruitment- we believe a strong understanding of the sales and sourcing processes provides a powerful foundation of which to build change and enhancement.
  • Strong analysis and process mapping skills across the sales and recruitment cycle.
  • Passion for root cause analysis and process improvement- always seeking innovative methods to encourage efficiencies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication.
  • A results-driven mindset- capable of consistent and exceptional delivery to go above and beyond for all stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the change continuum along with a project management mindset.
  • An understanding of ISO 9001
