Change Manager - 12 month Contract
Great opportunity for a Change Manager to work for a well-known aviation organisation that provide a range of world-class services.
About the role
As a Change Manager you will be require to develop, deliver and maintain effective organisational change strategies to facilitate the delivery of The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) goals and benefits.
The Organisational Change Manager will be required to develop measurable "readiness criteria" and implement a system for tracking and recording across multiple sites and regions.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in leading people through change using change management techniques
- established in the industry
- Experience and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Proven experience with industrial relations engagement and successful business transformation partnered with industrial bodies
- Experience with organisational change on a substantial IT Program (with sub-projects and multiple streams of work)
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
