About the Organisation:
You will be joining an organisation within the mining sector that has invested heavily into their own internal IT capabilities over the past few years and are continuing to do so now. You will be part of a tight knit team that places great emphasis on inclusivity, quality and collaboration which will see you getting involved with projects aimed at harnessing the latest and greatest in IT technologies
About the Role:
As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and business stakeholder buy-in and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager or at least performing Change Management functions
- Demonstrated experience working with IT based change management initiatives - this could be related to IT infrastructure, business systems, applications or IT strategy
- Ability to collaborate with C level stakeholders to gather information to help identify pain points
- Consulting with internal stakeholders to identify and manage potential resistance to change
- Provide coaching to management and staff
- Prepare change management strategies aimed at reducing expense and maximising efficiency
