Job description
- Backfill - current Change Manager leaves end of this week to move to a new project
- Start date ASAP
- End of Life Asset Replacement in the Pilbara
- Replacing switches and servers
- High volume small transaction
- Ensure the sites are ready for change
- Manage expectations and rollout schedule
- A lot of change with the schedule due to the mine sites
- High volume standard change communications
- Stakeholders - project and operational staff
- Dealing with Site Superintendents etc
- Swap outs are high risk
- Program likely to go on forever no timeline
- Past Change Manager will leave a lot of information so you will not starting from scratch
- No strategic components
- High volume and High speed change experience desired
- Understanding of infrastructure and network structure
- Experience in IT projects
- Easy going, flexible and confident nature desired
- Site Travel every 3 months or so for a few days
