This role will work with the digital analytics team providing insights and reporting of customer journeys, platform and website performance, ensuring the accurate measurement of website activity via dashboards, gather insights about performance, and drive CX improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and configure the digital analytics tools to measure and monitor platform performance
- Perform analysis to discover customer experience insights that will lead to opportunities for optimisation
- Use digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Help deliver projects using agile methodologies
- Monitor and report effectiveness of customer journeys and experience.
The successful candidate's CV will mention much of following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of similar experience within the Digital Analytics space providing insights
- Demonstrated Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics experience
- Hands-on exposure with other MarTech systems (Adobe Experience Cloud,) software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, server-side scripting, web servers, etc)
- Experience working in large enterprise organisations
