This Role has 3 Aspects to it

Grow Brand

  • Grow Agencies brand via building case studies, awards, press, events, speaking engagements and other similar activities
  • Represent agency with client partners and third parties at industry and demand generating events
  • Oversee social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.) to build brand awareness in our industry niche.
  • Create partnerships with complimentary agencies, consultancies, tech and other organisation for referral-based leads.


Grow New Business

  • Construct and execute both inbound strategies to drive new sales opportunities with ideal clients
  • Manage and own your pipeline of short-term and long-term client and partner opportunities
  • Manage the whole end to end business development process in a very technical pitch process - from discovery to audit to pitch and contract close.
  • Work directly with the CEO to coordinate, execute development and persuasively pitch performance marketing strategies and audits to prospective clients

Grow Key Clients

  • Work with Performance team to ensure a smooth transition from pitch to launch and beyond
  • On-going management of key client relationships to ensure alignment and long-term client retention
  • Work with department heads to develop strategies to grow continued success and billings across key clients
  • Work on various Consulting projects across strategy, ad technology,campaign audits and other complex client challenges or opportunities

What We are looking for

  • Savvy Performance Marketer who is hungry, driven, and thrives in fast paced environments.
  • A minimum of 7+ year client facing experience within digital marketing
  • A sophisticated business development aptitude with a proven track record in consistently achieving targets
  • Proficient across digital marketing (Facebook, Google, Programmatic) with a solid understanding of strategies and nomenclature.
  • Experience working with eCommerce clients; a plus
  • Proven ability to develop and grow a strong book of business by identifying opportunities, understanding needs, educating and inspiring companies to work with the Agency.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a prospect engagement strategy
  • Resilient and positive attitude who will do whatever it takes to succeed
  • Someone who genuinely cares for the well-being of our clients and their results
  • Friendly and expert at rapport building
