Are you an IT Project Manager looking for a more encompassing role?

Growing Insurer looking for a technology enabler, who can engage the business, shape and lead the technical solutions and systems of this innovative organisation.

Build on your IT Project Delivery experience and take it to the next level. In this role you will advocate for the business, promoting alignment between technology and business teams. Utilising your keen listening skills you seek to understand the "Why" and then shape the "How". You'll stay involved throughout the program of works, seeking to add value and ensure projects stay on track.

As part of this role, you will be expected to fulfil the following duties:

• Listen, engage, understand the business requirements.

• Shape the delivery working with Architects, PM's, BA's and delivery team.

• Stay involved, you monitor and ensure this is on track

• Utilise your Project Management skills, promote continuous improvement.

• Align the IT product roadmap to strategic goals

To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management delivery in complex Financial Service organisations

• Excellent listening skills, and communication skills

• Experience across Agile and hybrid Project delivery

• Lead by example, act as a mentor, a guide and role model.

• Focus on the bigger picture - the WHY's?

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
