You will manage the implementation and delivery of project-based programs of work into high functioning Service Integration BAU processes. As a Service Transition Analyst/Coordinator, you will manage and support the transition lifecycle with the exception of releases that are managed by the Release Team.
This role will ideally be Brisbane CBD based with work from home flexibility, but it is possible to be Melbourne or Sydney based for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Be the custodian of the Service Transition process, guiding project teams to deliver their project into BAU with the respective operations teams
- Make sure changes to services and service management processes are coordinated
- Managing and coordinating activities to minimise the risk of Service Transition delays to the business
- Function as a Service Transition SME to internal service owners
- Reviewing all Service Transition records prior to closure to ensure satisfactory on-boarding. Working with internal and external Service Providers ensuring all stages of the Service Transition lifecycle are being completed in a timely manner
- Ability to produce and provide reporting and metrics regarding status of current Service Transitions in flight
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with internal and external service providers with Service Owners to facilitate process workshops and training materials
- Engage relevant stakeholders to establish governance and forums to track performance of both internal and external service providers
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working as an IT Service Transition Analyst or Coordinator, delivering projects into BAU
- Previous Service Management/Integration experience
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate
