About the Organisation:
You will be joining a large global company in providing on site services for various companies and properties in the Pilbara.

About the Role:

As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting support for a range of mobile devices. You will also be responsible for triaging incidents and assist with any developments and upgrades. This role is based in Karratha so it will require you to either reside in Karratha or be open to do FIFO Monday - Friday from Perth and home on the weekends.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working within a Helpdesk environment
  • Demonstrated experience providing troubleshooting support for mobile devices (e.g. Apple / Android phones, Samsung / Windows tablets)
  • Ability to provide remote support to resolve user issues
  • Prefers the candidate to live locally but will also consider FIFO
