This is a Brisbane based contract role with an initial 6 month engagement offering flexible working with the ability to work from home (circa 2 days in the office).
You will work across multiple streams across a large Data Program, the objectives of which are as follows:
- Implementation of a new cloud data platform
- Implementation of a new regulatory reporting technology solution
- Decommissioning & migration of legacy data platforms
- Developing an improved data operating model
- Working closely with other strategic programs to ensure alignment
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Solid experience as a Lead Business Analyst, successfully lead teams of Senior BAs
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, ideally Financial Services, but open to Telco, Geming, etc.
- Experience in defining roles & responsibilities across program and data office
- Proven Experience in developing Requirements Framework
- Understanding of the nuances of both the SDLC & Data Lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including developing requirements, solution documentation, facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with strong a customer focus.
