The overall team is 50+ covering specialists across Strategy, Media & Digital Specialists, Marketing Automation, Creative & Brand, plus the leadership team.

What you'll be doing
- Own the planning and buying process and take responsibility for delivering best-in-class media rationale and plans.
- Work with your director to review publisher brief responses and work on refining and negotiating to get to the optimum solution.
- Get all post-campaign reporting to review and deliver best-in-class insights and learnings to clients that demonstrate your ability to deliver against briefed objectives.
- Stay connected with media suppliers, tech vendors amongst others to keep abreast of the latest opportunities for your clients.
- Reconcile a completed campaign to ensure all value has been delivered and client KPIs met.
What you'll bring to the table
- Extensive experience in Media Planning & Buying working in an agency environment.
- A sound awareness of all aspects of Media and a passion to learn more
- A proven track record of achieving financial outcomes and growth outcomes
- Strong empathy for client-side and ideally some experience being a client
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A can-do, positive attitude - be accountable and responsible.
