- Dynamics Specialist
- 3-6 month contract
- WFH
As the Dynamics Technical Specialist you will be required to:
- Perform hands on configuration and troubleshooting for Dynamics
- Support in-house project team as the subject matter expert on Dynamics
- Provide dedicated Dynamics service desk duties to support staff as they learn to use the new system
- Develop help and "how to" documents
- Liaise with Microsoft, when required, regarding technical and licencing matters
- Devise and coordinate functional and user acceptance testing as necessary
