Job description

New contract opportunity available for an experienced Organisational Change Analyst. You will be working with our well-regarded client who are a Gold Coast Employer of choice! This is a contract through until 30th June 2023 + potential to extend. This role will be based in Bundall, Gold Coast + offers WFH flexibiliy.

In this role you will manage all user change to ensure a successful project, incorporating communications and any required end user training. The OCM Analyst position will be a 'hands on' role.

You will report to Executive Coordinator, Program and Project Services for general direction, supervision, management, performance management and to ensure alignment with the defined methodology, standards, processes and tools. You will also report to the Program Manager for functional management and direction on day-to-day activities.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining the OCM strategy and planning;
  • Assist in defining and outlining the proposed project delivery approach;
  • Review available documentation from key stakeholders, with a focus on change;
  • Specify any additional OCM resource requirements subject to project and resource planning;
  • Managing all project communications to the wider client and stakeholder communities;
  • Managing all change documentation, end user training and acceptance of change;
  • Definition of training needs analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Technology, Information Management, Computing or similar discipline,
  • Organisational Change Management industry experience,
  • Knowledge of training methodology and delivery practices,
  • Stakeholder management / workshop facilitation,
  • Stakeholder and Global Communication management.

  • Practical and technical knowledge, as identified above
  • Experience and ability to deliver high quality services to customers and to understand and react responsively to customer expectations
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clear explanations regarding OCM and training needs
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to interact with team members to build effective internal relationships
