Job description

In this role, you will work on a multi-stream program of work and be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and deliver a set of actionable and targeted change management artefacts and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication/engagement, business readiness and embed and sustain plans that are in alignment with the Program Change Strategy and approaches.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation and other government agencies to ensure change approaches meet business needs and to manage expectations
  • Work as part of the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and schedule.
  • Facilitate workshops involving project and business representatives to identify change impacts and mitigations across products within the stream of work
  • Identify and manage change related risks and issues
  • Work with the program's change management team to develop and distribute targeted, concise and timely communications through a variety of channels (eg. Help Centre, Newsletters, Group Emails, presentations, showcases, FAQ's etc).
  • Work closely with the Unify Training team to ensure alignment of planning and delivery of change and training deliverables.
  • Regular reporting of change management plans and deliverables against the schedule. Regular review of effectiveness of plans and, where required, adapt plans to meet the needs.
  • Provide input into and support in the delivery of Program Change Management activities.

Skills required:

  • Highly motivated individual with a knowledge of change management methodologies and best practice and experience in implementing change management within complex ICT transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated recent experience in the delivery of business lead change to support the implementation of cross-agency programs of work involving delivery of complex ICT solutions with significant process change
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and change readiness assessments and to manage related artefacts
