Work as a PHP Lead Engineer with a Global Consulting firm for an established organisation in Melbourne.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Perform solution design working with architecture team
- Able to size the work from EPIC to User Stories
- Should lead a team of developers
- Run sprint grooming, daily stand-ups
- Escalate issues/blockers earlier in the process to enable timely delivery
- Must have experience in PHP, Laravel, React JS, Geo Server, AWS Services
- Experience in Postgres/MySQL, GIT/GitHub
- Good stakeholder engagement skills
