About the role and organisation

Our major client is looking for Project coordinator. As a Project Coordinator you will manage the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.

Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • The Project Coordinator undertakes junior project management activities, including research and analysis, program and project reporting, project implementation, coordination and administrative activities to support the delivery of the Workplace Transformation Program of Work, in line with established project plans and objectives.
  • Expected Outcomes Project Coordinator is accountable for:
    - Management of the workstream risks, actions, issues and decisions register (owners and deadlines associated)
    - Program/project status reports, including review of timeframes, milestones and key activities
    - Draft development of workstream papers, briefing notes, presentations
    - Draft development of town plan presentations and leasing strategies
    - Contribute to strategy and planning workshop presentation packs
    - Coordination of workstream communications (including FAQ's, inbox, presentations) aligned to Communications and Engagement Plans.

Expected Outcomes Project Coordinator supports:

  • Analysis and assessment of stream readiness assessment outcomes
  • Accurate and updated master data packs (source of truth), identifying and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders as required
  • On time, on budget and to quality delivery of stream and program objectives
  • Effective management of stream working groups to achieve program objectives
