About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead and support critical ICT projects across multiple agencies. This role is central to a high-profile health transformation program, where your work will improve clinical outcomes and streamline digital workflows for healthcare providers.
You will work closely with the Program Management Lead and a cross-functional delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes, from planning to execution, all while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of high-value digital health projects aligned with strategic goals.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Prepare and maintain robust project plans, schedules, and reports.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes.
Deliver quality documentation and artefacts in accordance with best practices.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on excellence and minimal rework.
Collaborate with team members to drive key milestones and project success.
What We're Looking For
Solid track record delivering complex, large-scale ICT or health sector projects.
Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
Hands-on experience using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and demands.
Skilled in risk assessment, change management, and strategic problem-solving.
Capable of adapting plans to shifting resources and timelines.
