Job description

Join a global consulting firm and play a critical role in the release management for one of their major clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Put together a Release management and Cutover plan
  • Facilitating workshops on cutover and transition options
  • Participate beyond the creation, execution and reporting on the cutover (MS Project plan) but more on delivering a cutover strategy with the critical path and risks in mind - a combined with a business, customer and technology risk when delivering a cutover strategy.
  • Delivery of the business continuity plan.
  • The successful candidate would have extensive ERP implementation (or similar) experience in this role and require a risk management outlook towards cutover - as mentioned, geared towards identifying, monitoring and reporting on the critical path.
  • Cutover lead will work closely with project managers, delivery leadership across Dev, Test, Technical, Data and Reporting, Process Solution, Business teams and steering committee.

Skills required

  • At least 3 year's experience in Change and Release Management processes.
  • ITILV3 or ITIL4 certification
  • Proven experience with coordination and facilitation of Change and Release Management processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities: Ability to coordinate multiple works streams at once.
  • Interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Genuine team player knows how to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
  • Strives for innovation through curiosity and introduction of new ideas.
