Paxus is partnering with a global leader within the financial services sector who pride themselves of delivering innovative solutions for their customers and staff. To ensure they can continue to deliver leading technical solutions within the organisation, an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst has become available within their Brisbane office.
Role/Responsibilities
Within this role, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and passionate Business Analysts who are supporting the delivery of multiple technical solutions within the organisation. You responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of new technical solutions
- Develop requirements including appropriate use of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) elements, illustrating "as is" and "to be"
- Identify the business strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement
- Development of new business processes as sponsored by the business
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to facilities and positively influence solution development and operational support
Experience/Skills
- At least five years Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and development of business requirements and functional requirements
- Previous experience delivering software and technical solutions within an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of process mapping tools such as BPMN
- High quality communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and problem solve
- Previous experience within a professional services organisation is seen as desirable
