Our client is a well-known retail brand who has a strong reputable market presence in Australia.
Working as a vital member of the IT department, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding and communicating business problems and needs to senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse current business functions and processes.
- Provide concise elicitation of business requirements and contribute to business solutions.
- Ensure technical outcomes are aligned to business expectations through process documentation, gap analysis, system requirements etc
To Succeed in This Role, You Will:
- Previous retail experience working on POS projects - highly desirable.
- Have experience working with tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Team player and strong communication skills.
- 5-7+ years as a Senior Business Analyst
- Previous experience within the IT sector - highly advantageous
