Paxus Recruitment is recruiting for an Award-winning Performance Marketing and Advertising agency based close to South Yarra / Richmond train and tram stops. The current Melbourne team is around 50+ people comprising Digital Designers, Digital Strategist, Marketing automation experts, Account Managers, SEO/SEM/PPC/SMM specialists, and the executive team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Devise and pitch complex multi-channel digital media strategies, along with market insights and media plans, to illustrate end-to-end marketing solutions.
- Identify new opportunities to add to the existing portfolio of clients constituting Paid and Owned
- Media.
- Engage, build, and foster long-term relationships with current & prospective clients.
- Achieve business client retention targets and contribute to identified client growth opportunities.
- Attend Customer and occasional Australia-wide events and functions.
- Give regular market and product feedback to management and clients.
What we are looking for
- Extensive experience in Client Management in an Agency background.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels ( SEO, SEM, Social, CRO , CRM)
- High-level presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others.
- Proven ability to drive buy-in for strategies, sharing digital marketing recommendations, best practices, market trends, and supporting with quantifiable data.
