Job description
A leading Financial Services organisation seeks a Senior PMO Manager to support a range of initiatives within the data and analytics area. You will split your time across a range of people lead responsibilities and ensure the PMO meets requirements and matures to deliver extra value.
You will work in a small team and whilst the work is varied, at present they are focused on technology and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key technology stakeholders to produce documentation that can be consumed from a business perspective.
- Identify potential risks and issues along with process improvement opportunities
- Assist with scheduling and managing the objectives and timelines.
- Analyse the status of the projects/program, provide value add analysis about the general health of the program
- Provide timely and accurate reports for management and governance groups
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a PMO Manager supporting various data and analytics initiatives.
- Experience using project management tools and advanced MS Office / PowerPoint skills.
- Strong with the reporting governance aspect
- Financial Services or Banking experience is advantageous but is not essential for this role.
