    As the Paid Search Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Search, you'll be the mastermind behind our clients' search success on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your expertise will guide an account team, and you'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions that propel our company forward.     What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Mentor Team:

    • Guide a team of paid search specialists in developing, optimizing, and reporting on strategies.
    • Conduct regular meetings, set performance goals, and provide continuous feedback to foster growth.

    Manage Operations:

    • Oversee campaign setup, process adherence, and budget pacing.
    • Implement standardized processes for efficient campaign management and reporting.

    Develop and Execute Strategies:

    • Craft and implement innovative paid search strategies for high-profile brands.
    • Optimize campaigns through keyword research, bid management, and ad copy testing.

    Enhance Team Efficiency:

    • Establish and refine processes to streamline operations.
    • Develop training materials and leverage project management tools for team success.

    Hands-on Account Management:

    • Perform account audits, make optimization changes, and troubleshoot issues.
    • Ensure data-driven decisions align with campaign objectives.

    Collaborate Across Teams:

    • Work closely with Performance, Social, and Creative teams to align strategies.
    • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships for cohesive efforts.

    Client and Partner Relations:

    • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Maintain connections with Google and Microsoft for the latest industry insights.

    Stay Updated:

    • Keep abreast of new search initiatives and industry updates.
    • Participate in industry events and share learnings with the team.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Minimum 4+ years experience with Paid Search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
    • Strong understanding of Google Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and PMax campaigns
    • Experience in managing and mentoring a team
    • Passion for all things Search
    • Proficiency with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics for data interpretation
    • Experience with financial data, forecasting, and budgets
    • Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach to problem-solving
