Our client is looking fora Senior Systems Engineer to join their expanding team based in Perth.
This role:
You'll provide support services to end clients which involve remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required and participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
This role requires Australian Citizenship preferably with baseline/NV1 Clearance - candidates without citizenship need not apply.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Windows server 2012r2 through to current
- MS server operating functions, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, ADFS, DHCP, DFS,
- Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Management of physical server environments such as Cisco Unified Computing (UCS)
- Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, Netbackup and CommVault
