The role:
Focusing on delivery and strategic growth, this is a brilliant opportunity to manage a well-established, profitable Major Accounts portfolio providing premium talent solutions to leading clients.
We are looking for someone hungry for success, who enjoys being out on client side as much as possible, who can hold their own at Head of / C-Level.

We are Looking for:
360 recruitment, BDM or Sales experience within an IT recruitment environment
Drive and ambition, who loves new business
Passionate about technology (you may have a specific specialisation) and a strong local network
Strategic thinker, with the drive and knowledge to grow new business
Innovative ideas on engaging with hard to find talent via networking, social media, and LinkedIn
