Job description

Be a part of a collaborative as a Service Desk Analyst and apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve client queries at first point of contact, this includes working on a roster answering phones calls from a queue and managing a ticket workload.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated lateral thinking and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst will be highly regarded
  • Must be Australian Citizens.

What's on offer:

  • Permanent non-ongoing contract of 6 months + extension
  • Includes holiday pay, sick pay, 15.4% contribution to superannuation, and flextime (7am-7pm)
  • Adelaide based
