What you will do :

As a Social Media Campaign Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our content creation and campaign management efforts. Your role will include:

Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and meets client objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and return on investment (ROI), ensuring they meet or exceed client goals.
  • Manage paid media campaigns specifically on LinkedIn (mandatory) and Meta platforms, leveraging advanced targeting and optimization techniques.

Community Management:

  • Foster and manage online communities, engaging with followers and responding to interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with the audience to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.

Performance Reporting:

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide detailed reports.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.

Collaborative Projects:

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective content strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are executed seamlessly, from conception to delivery.

Client Interaction:

  • Present strategies, progress, and results to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and aligned with project objectives.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and deliver client satisfaction.

What are they looking for:

  • At least 2 years in social media management or a similar role.
  • Expert in developing engaging and effective content for both organic and paid media.
  • Strong skills in fostering and growing online communities.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with tools such as Falcon.io, Hootsuite.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
