About the role
Solution Architect is a highly specialised role responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Minimum 5 to 8 years plus experience in IT architectural and design roles.
Proven experience in roles as either a Solution Architect or in a senior technical role on large IT projects delivery.
Strong architecture and design experience in following areas such as Middleware Integration Platforms like SOA, BPM, Web Services and Orchestration and Customer Management such as Salesforce CRM.
Good understanding of Customer Contact platforms such as Digital and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong Customer Engagement skills.
