A 6-month contract role with an Australian telco with offices in Macquarie Park and a hybrid in-office / WFH environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Work within the Service Design team providing UX research for a design chapter
- Run human centred design research projects and work closely with the UX Research Lead to produce insights to inform customer-centric products and services
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to plan, conduct, and report on usability testing
- Engage with senior project team members to understand requirements and present/inform solutions
- Use findings to challenge the status quo of how the company has interacted with customers in the past
The successful candidate's CV will mention much of following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in UX research & professional experience in service, visual, interaction or product design
- Demonstrated experience in contextual customer research and insights telecommunication experience
- History of working alongside rapid prototyping to gather customer feedback
- "Digital-first" experience design mindset
