Job description
Our client is looking fo a dedicated Web Intelligence Designer Builder to work within the Reporting and Analytics team and design, build and test Web Intelligence reporting solutions.
This role will design, build, test and document report visualisations, while being supported by business analysts, solution architects, and subject experts from the business.
This is a contract through until end of December 22 initially, with 6 month extension option.

Develop reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, on the clients Enterprise Intelligence Platform (EIP).
Deliver high quality specification documents and review other artefacts to ensure alignment with Enterprise Intelligence Platform (EIP) modelling standards.
Lead, mentor and conduct code reviews of other Web Inteligence work and provide feedback to upskill and impart knowledge to ensure alignment with quality standards.
Lead the handover to operational teams at the conclusion of the hypercare period of the project.
Conduct analysis to determine best paths for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training.
Provide leadership, mentoring, quality assurance and management of the effective use of external contracting services to ensure that all services provided satisfy customer requirements including agreed deadlines and compliance with internal standards.
Provide professional, timely and effective Web solutions design and implementation services to the clients Portfolio of Projects, including technical advice on complex matters relating to the Enterprise Intelligence Platform (EIP).
Design and execute unit, integration, performance and security testing of WEBI reports to ensure the quality standards are met, the business requirements are satisfied and the report performs to the specifications.
Provide business and data analysis support to customers within the business.
Frequently interact, provide mentoring and systems analysis support to the business report writers and domain experts within the business.
Provide technical specialiast expertise to improve how data is accessed through creation of appropriate structures within the universe and semantic layer.
Ensure report and dashboards display accurate and relevant information for the appropriate market.
About you
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in report design, build and test experience in SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence
Experience in optimising Web Intelligence reports
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in very accurately estimating the end to end effort required to deliver reports against specifications to required standards
Demonstrated knowledge in problem solving, relational databases, analytical skills and ability to write queries and use querying tools and techniques to develop reports and models and interrogate data
Demonstrated ability in establishing effective relationships with internal stakeholders by working collaboratively across a diverse stakeholder network, negotiating and influencing others to achieve quality outcomes for the customer community and business which meet current and future needs
