Backed by an MBA and experience leading marketing functions in tech startups, she brings a strong commercial lens and deep understanding of growth, customer needs, and business priorities into her work. What she loves most about recruitment is partnering closely with clients to understand the “why” behind each hire, aligning talent with business direction and long-term goals. She thrives on staying close to market trends and using those insights to guide both clients and candidates, while also mentoring and developing her team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
