Paxus Australia is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users. We are continuously working to improve the user experience and comply with the relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our website conforms with WCAG 2.2 Level A. However, due to program and integration limitations, there are four areas that do not fully conform:
- A hidden image in our job adverts that may impact screen-readers
- Auto-play animated text on our home page
- The Job Search bar markup on our jobs page, which may confuse screen readers
- The hidden menu in mobile view on Mac OS, which receives focus on screen readers
