Role: Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and create detailed Technical Design Documents.
- Configure BY/JDA Dispatcher WMS
according to business needs and technical design.
- Perform JDA Integrator
configuration and development.
- Customize and develop complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and tables.
- Develop UNIX shell scripts
to support WMS customization and operations.
- Deploy configuration and code in Dev, Test, and Production
environments.
- Conduct Unit Testing, support Integration Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Warranty Support.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs/defects, and produce required technical documentation.
- Work closely with high-profile clients, translating complex requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Dispatcher WMS.
- Strong PL/SQL
and UNIX scripting
skills.
- In-depth understanding of WMS workflows, integration, and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting live WMS environments
with tight SLAs.
