Senior Project Officer – Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) Program
Daily Rate: $668.81 + super + GST (approx. $749/day package)
Location: Brisbane CBD (hybrid – no interstate applicants unless relocating)
Contract: 06 October 2025 – 15 May 2026 (strong extension potential)
Be part of a major Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) program, replacing legacy HR/payroll systems with a modern ERP/HRIS platform (e.g. Aurion, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). The program is progressing through delivery and implementation phases, creating a need for experienced project officers who understand large-scale HRIS or ERP transformations.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate planning, reporting, and milestone tracking across program streams.
- Support governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, payroll, ICT and vendors to drive delivery.
- Deliver high-quality documentation, meeting support, and project artefacts.
What you bring
- Strong experience on ERP/HRIS transformation projects (Workday, SAP, Aurion or similar).
- Knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
- Stakeholder management experience across HR, ICT and vendors.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with governance/compliance awareness.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced delivery/implementation environments.
