Change Analyst – Drive Transformation and Engagement
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of key projects and organisational change initiatives. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing structured communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness activities.
- Develop and maintain change management artefacts, including adoption plans, communications, and learning materials.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and two-way engagement activities.
- Plan and deliver clear, audience-specific communications aligned to project milestones.
- Support learning and capability initiatives, including creating guides, walkthroughs, and training materials.
- Track and report on change progress, risks, and readiness using structured registers.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar change or project support role.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change initiatives, impact assessments, and readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience in government or complex organisational environments.
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, or related fields.
- Professional change management certifications (e.g., PROSCI).
- Experience with large-scale digital, ICT, or enterprise system projects.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Visio, and Viva Engage.
