About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused 360 Account Manager to join our Adelaide team. This is more than a recruitment role—it’s a business-building opportunity. You’ll manage and grow client accounts, source and place high-calibre talent, and shape your own territory with autonomy and ownership.
This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial flame, who wants to own their territory, build lasting partnerships, and play a key role in growing Paxus Adelaide’s presence. You’ll enjoy the structure and support of a national brand with the flexibility to make decisions and drive your own success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Account Management
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to new and existing clients, providing tailored, insight-led solutions.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships across government and commercial clients.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Candidate Engagement & Delivery
- Source, assess, and place top talent across IT and professional white-collar roles.
- Build a strong candidate network, offering genuine career guidance and market insights.
- Own the end-to-end sales and recruitment life-cycle
Business Development
- Expand Paxus’ footprint in the Adelaide market, particularly within government and public sector accounts.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities aligned with your market expertise.
- Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, successes, and referrals.
Who You Are
- Your experience in ICT recruitment / ICT sales will be key to your success in this role
- You have a track record of success in customer service or business development roles
- You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery—you’re not afraid to get on the phone, hustle smart, and make things happen.
- You are commercially sharp and driven to uncover opportunities others might miss
- You thrive on building relationships
