The Role
As an Account Manager - Agency Recruitment - IT & Digita l, you will drive business growth by building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for technology, sales, and client service in the fast-paced IT and digital sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT & Digital sector.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand Paxus’ client portfolio.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to match top-tier candidates with client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or recruitment, ideally within IT & Digital sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of the IT & Digital industry and its evolving trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients.
