About the Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing market leader in the SaaS telematics space, managing a portfolio of existing clients while actively driving revenue growth and expansion. This role is not a passive account management position — it is ideal for a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys identifying new opportunities within their existing accounts, expanding product adoption, and proactively growing account value.

With a strong product, a growing customer base, and an uncapped commission structure, this role offers genuine earning potential for candidates who thrive on hunting within accounts, autonomy, and performance-driven success.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing SME and mid-market customers, with a strong focus on identifying and converting upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

This is not a passive service or retention role. While maintaining strong client relationships is critical, success in this position comes from proactively identifying additional needs, expanding product adoption, and driving increased account value.

You will work closely with internal sales, support and operations teams to deliver value-led solutions while owning the commercial growth of your account base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts

  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities

  • Drive revenue growth through regular client engagement and solution selling

  • Conduct account reviews, product demonstrations and solution presentations

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close expansion opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes

  • Maintain accurate account activity, pipeline and forecasts in CRM

  • Monitor customer usage, trends and opportunities for increased adoption

Desireable Background:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in account management, customer growth or B2B SaaS sales

  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue within existing accounts

  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capability

  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, telematics, fleet or logistics solutions (highly regarded)

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working autonomously with revenue targets

  • CRM experience and disciplined sales approach

  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
