We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Officer (AO3 level) to provide high-quality support and to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team in the heart of Brisbane’s government precinct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and inbox management
- Processing and paying invoices
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Providing onsite support and coordinating meetings
- Performing general administrative duties as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
